FAQ

The questions people actually ask.

The station, the packages, BAGA LIVE, and how booking works. If yours is not here, write to us.

The station

What is BAGABOOTH?

BAGABOOTH is not a photobooth rental. It is a studio experience that fits in your event, built by BAGA STUDIOS. One attended station, professional lighting, and prints treated with the same BAGA STUDIOS standards.

What can guests make?

Classic 2×6 strips, full-frame 4×6 prints and portraits, GIFs, boomerangs, AI transformations, and private video messages. Guests pick what they feel like making. Everything is shot with the same camera discipline as a BAGA portrait session.

Is someone there the whole time?

Yes. An attendant is on site for the full run. They keep the line moving, look after the lighting, and make sure the prints and files actually come out.

Do you print on site?

Yes. Unlimited 4×6 prints and classic strips, with a print design made for your event. Digital copies land in the booth gallery as they are made.

Are video messages public?

No. Guests record a short message for you. Those files do not appear in the public live gallery. They are saved privately and delivered to you after the event.

How much space and power do you need?

A minimun clear floor area of 8x10feet, a nearby standard outlet, and a little room for the line. Outdoor or unusual venues are possible; tell us in the quote form so we can plan lighting and weather.

Packages & booking

How much does it cost?

Starting figures, each for a four-hour run, are $1,500 for The Booth, $1,800 for The Glam, $2,400 for The Live Experience, and $3,500 for The BAGA Experience. Extra hours start at $250 and can vary by booking. Travel and the room still change the final number. Send the date, venue and guest count and we will quote the real package.

What is the difference between the four packages?

The Booth is the essential station: camera, lighting, attendant, unlimited prints, GIFs and boomerangs, and an instant digital gallery. The Glam adds an editorial black-and-white finish, beauty retouching, a premium backdrop and art direction. The Live Experience adds BAGA LIVE. The BAGA Experience is the booth, LIVE, and professional event photography from one team.

What do the starting prices include?

Four hours on site, an attendant, the station, and the inclusions listed on that package. Extra hours start at $250 and can vary by booking type, or if we agree a different rate before you book. Travel outside the usual run and add-ons are quoted on top.

How much are extra hours?

Extra hours start at $250. The rate can vary depending on the booking type, and on what we discuss with you before you book.

How fast do you quote?

During business hours, usually within the hour. Same day in most cases. The more you tell us about the room and the crowd, the tighter the number.

How do we hold a date?

A signed agreement and a 50% deposit hold the date. The remaining balance is due on the event day. We take cash, check, Zelle or Venmo, Apple Pay or Google Pay and all major credit cards.

Do you travel outside New York?

Yes. We cover New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, and destination events on request. Travel is quoted with the package, not hidden later.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?

Yes, when the venue asks for one. Send the venue’s requirements with your inquiry.

BAGA LIVE

What is BAGA LIVE?

One live gallery for the whole night. Booth content appears seconds after a guest makes it. If you book our photographer, that coverage flows into the same gallery. Guests can add phone photos through a QR code. When the night ends, the link remains as the archive.

Who can see the gallery, and who controls it?

You share the link. Uploads are moderated as they come in, and anything can be pulled down in a tap. Video messages stay out of the public gallery entirely.

Is BAGA LIVE available on every date?

Not yet. It is on a limited number of dates this season while we keep it small enough to look after properly. Ask early if you want it. Live display in the room is coming soon.

Powered by BAGA STUDIOS

Who is behind BAGABOOTH?

BAGABOOTH is a BAGA STUDIOS project. BAGA STUDIOS is a New York photo and cinema studio. The booth started as a studio question: what would this look like if we held it to the same standard as we do in the studio? Same cameras, same lighting, same finishing.

Can we book photography and the booth together?

Yes. That is The BAGA Experience: one team, one gallery, start to finish. Photographer integration is also part of The Live Experience if you already have BAGA on the floor.

What if I need photography, video and the booth combined?

If you need more coverage for your event, BAGA STUDIOS can help you craft the perfect coverage package for your event. See their packages.

Do you offer video coverage of the event?

BAGABOOTH is the station. Event films, highlights and documentary coverage are handled by BAGA STUDIOS. They can take on the full day, and some of their packages include the booth.

Can a BAGA STUDIOS video package include the booth?

Yes. BAGA STUDIOS can handle photography, video and the booth together. Look at their packages and tell them you want BAGABOOTH on the floor. They will put it on the packages that already include it, or add it to the one you are building.

Corporate & brands

Can the booth match our brand?

Yes. Interface, print design, AI worlds and short video formats are built around the brand. Opt-in capture and consent language are handled properly. Multi-day setups are available.

What does a brand actually walk away with?

Content the team can post the same day or week, a gallery that keeps filling, and a clear picture of who turned up and what they made. The booth is the front door. The files are the work.
